Terms

"Onus Express", "we" and "us" mean Port Essentials Ltd Company, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Onus Express.

On time, or the run is free. If we deliver after the end of the window we confirmed in writing, we refund or credit the price of that run. Not covered: a pickup not ready after 15 free minutes; a drop not ready to receive (closed dock, no one to sign, gate, badge or escort wait), and the window moves by the same time; a wrong or missing address or contact; a load bigger, heavier or different from the booking; changes after pickup; a National Weather Service warning on our route; a crash, road closure, or police or government order we text you about before the window closes.

Proof on every drop, or the run is free. Every drop gets a photo, signature, time and GPS, in your tracking link or by email within 1 hour. If the receiver won't sign, we record their name. Where photos aren't allowed, the signature or name with time and GPS is the proof. If we miss it, we refund or credit the price of that run.

How it works. One free run per run, and not with another free-run offer. Ask within 3 days by replying to your confirmation or contacting us. The refund or credit of that run's price is the whole remedy; we don't cover other losses or costs.
